Michael Hayes Shares That He’s Almost 17 Months Sober

Michael Hayes was known for having a good time during his heyday with the Freebirds. Many have shared partying stories over the years involving Hayes, who mostly likely got the party started.

Now, Hayes works as a producer in WWE, and has slowed down when it comes to his drinking and partying ways.

“I’m almost 17 months now without a drink. That’s made a world of difference for me. I was worried at first that I would lose some of my creativity because a lot of it came when I was drinking, or high, or both,” he said while speaking to The Undertaker on Six Feet Under.
