Michael "Venom" Page paid tribute to The Undertaker with his UFC 299 walkout, using Taker's theme during the first portion of his entrance, and then a remix that still included the gong for the second half of his entrance.

MVP came out in a robe during the earlier portion and had a choreographed dance when the beat dropped on Undertaker's theme.

During the post-fight press conference, MVP commented on the entrance.

"To be fair, we had quite a bit more. It would have been even more entertaining. UFC was like, 'Calm down, it's your first one.' We had to strip it back a little bit. I just like to make it a show. It helps me. It helps me relax when I'm putting on a show. It helps the time fly by and me have the best time ever. When I'm in that mode, I feel I'm the most dangerous," said MVP.

MVP was victorious in his UFC debut, defeating Kevin Holland by decision.
