Mick Foley says that 25% of his income came from his previous WWE legends deal following it’s expiration earlier this year.
At the end of 2025, Foley would publicly confirm that he would be not appearing on WWE television or signing a new legends deal with the company when it would expire in 2026 due to the companies relationship with the Donald Trump administration. Foley would stick to his word, and has since allowed his legends deal to expire while also signing with All Elite Wrestling.
While speaking to Wrestling On The Spectrum in a new interview, Mick Foley would note that 25% of his income came from his previous legends deal.
“I’m taking a considerable loss. 25% of my income came from the Legends deal. But there are people who talk the talk and people who walk the walk, and I try to walk the walk and have not had a single regret. I miss the money, but I don’t miss the ability to look at myself in the mirror every night.”
In July of this year, Foley would confirm the expiration of his WWE legends deal. You can read more about that here.
