Mickie James Shares That Dixie Carter’s Husband Is Who Says ‘Hardcore Country’ At Beginning Of Her Theme Song

James shares a note about her theme song.

The newest episode of Insight with Chris Van Vliet featured a chat with TNA Wrestling Hall of Famer Mickie James.

As the conversation went on, James’ ‘Hardcore Country’ theme song was brought up and she shared that the individual who says ‘Hardcore Country’ at the beginning of the song is former TNA President Dixie Carter’s husband, Serg Salinas.

“Do you know who that is [in the intro]? Serg Salinas. Dixie Carter’s husband Serg Salinas, thank you, Serg. Thank you Dale Oliver, God, there’s 1000 thank yous in that speech I didn’t get to. We all sat down together and created, Dale and I wrote the song, created the song. And that is Serge hollering Hardcore Country.”

James has stated in past media appearances that she could go on another run, but feels she no longer has anything to prove.
