Mike Halac (Mantaur) Passes Away At The Age Of 55

Mantaur passes away.

Fightful is sad to report that Mike Halac has passed away at the age of 55. Halac's daughter announced he had passed away in his sleep.

Halac was passed known as Mantaur in WWE. He also performed in the original ECW as Bruiser Mastino. Outside of his WWE run, he was a regular in the Catch Wrestling Association.

Mantaur was part of the 1995 Royal Rumble and was part of Camp Cornette alongside Tom Prichard in 1995. His last WWE bout was against Bam Bam Bigelow on a June 1995 episode of WWE Superstars. He stopped wrestling full-time in 1999.

He made a surprise appearance in the Clusterfuck Battle Royal at GCW Joey Janela's Spring Break 2019.
