Mike Santana Confirms Cruz Montana As WWE Name

Mike Santana is officially Cruz Montana.

In a new social media video, Santana noted that he had the wrestling world buzzing when he showed up on NXT and didn’t say a word.

Tomorrow on NXT, he will speak, saying, “For the first time, you get to hear what Cruz Montana has to say.”

Santana appeared after Tony D’Angelo successfully defended the NXT Championship against Naraku. He was not identified as Mike Santana despite appearing on NXT TV in the past as the TNA World Champion with that name.

WWE filed to trademark Cruz Montana over the weekend.
