At AEW x NJPW Wrestle Dynasty early on the morning of January 5th, both Mercedes Mone and Mina Shirakawa put championships on the line in a winner take all matchup, as Mercedes Mone would capture the victory and the Undisputed British Women’s Championship.

In a new social media post, Mina reacted to her loss at Wrestle Dynasty, looking at the silver lining in her performance.

“I wasn’t able to show everyone the dream I envisioned beyond the Tokyo Dome, but… When people say I can’t do something – when they try and knock me down – I’ll continue to get up again and again. Until the moment I can reach the view that is destined in my future, I will continue to fight. That’s why I’m here.”

Shirakawa captured the championships from Dani Luna back in August at RevPro’s anniversary event.
