Miro Says He Can Still Appear On UpUpDownDown, Doubt WWE Would Allow It

Don't expect to see Miro challenge for the UpUpDownDown/LefRightLeftRight Championship anytime soon.

Though Miro (formerly Rusev in WWE and Tong Po on UUDD), could technically still appear on UpUpDownDown alongside his friends Xavier Woods, Cesaro, Sheamus, and others, he doubts WWE would allow it to happen.

Drew McIntyre, Jey Uso, Chelsea Green, And More Share Predictions For 2024 WWE Draft

"I have no restrictions, I have no restrictions to doing different things. But it's a rival company, I don't think they would want to have me, which is nothing personal. UpUpDownDown is owned by WWE, it's not owned by [Xavier Woods]. It's a WWE thing and I don't think they would want to have me," Miro said during his Twitch stream

Woods and the gang have had non-WWE talent on before in an unofficial capacity, including an appearance by Kylie Rae during season one of Battle of the Brands.

Elsewhere during the Twitch stream, Miro commented on his AEW music saying, "I did not pick my music. They presented my music and I liked it right away. I could relate to it and it works for my entrance. I really like it."

Miro is currently serving at The Best Man for Kip Sabian as he prepares for his wedding to Penelope Ford.

Fightful will have live coverage of AEW Dynamite on Wednesday beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
