M.C. Miz and Johnny Drip Drip have their sights set on Universal gold come WWE Backlash.
After winding up on the wrong end of Braun Strowman wrath two weeks in a row, The Miz and John Morrison have challenged Braun to meet them in a handicap match for his WWE Universal Championship at WWE backlash on June 14.
For Strowman, he still has his eyes on Bray Wyatt, whom he defeated at WWE Money in the Bank, but it appears their rematch will have to wait as Strowman has accepted the challenge of the Tag Team Championship duo.

The challenge was laid down on the May 22 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, following an episode of The Dirt Sheet, where Miz and Morrison made fun of Braun Strowman saying that Bray Wyatt would rather hang out with a bunch of puppets than with the current WWE Universal Champion.
WWE would confirm the match later in the evening.
