The Miz Thought Daniel Bryan Was Going To Punch Him On Talking Smack

The Miz let out his frustrations on Talking Smack.

On a recent episode of Heated Conversations with Booker T, The Miz discussed his infamous speech on Talking Smack where he berated Daniel Bryan for calling him a coward and fans for calling him "soft." That episode of Talking Smack has started an on-screen feud between the two wrestlers despite Bryan being declared unable to compete by WWE doctors for the majority of the time.

Jinder Mahal Comments On His WWE Release, Says That He Still Has Many Goals And Dream Matches

"I'm like 'you don't have time for my title? Put me on Talking Smack' and they were like 'why do you want to be on Talking Smack?' and I'm like 'what do you mean why do I want to be on it, it's an opportunity to showcase what I can do,'" said The Miz. "I feel like no one really watches the dark matches, no one sees it on T.V. But guess what, on Talking Smack there going to see this on T.V., they're going to remember it...they're going to tweet about it, and it's going to break the internet," he continued.

Even before he started to shout on camera, The Miz had a feeling Bryan was going to punch him.

"I thought he was going to punch me, I swear to you I was like 'I'm going to get hit right here.' He walked off and that was the best thing that could have happened. It allowed me to be center stage and let out all of my frustrations," said The Miz.

Since the episode of Talking Smack, The Miz said he has trouble re-watching the tirade because he was so angry and "flubbing" words. The Miz and Bryan are now both on Smackdown and have had some interaction but not on television yet. They are scheduled to face each other on an upcoming live event tour
