MJF: Bret Hart Is Saying Crazy Shit All The Time, He’s Punch Drunk
MJF responds to Bret Hart.
In a November 2025 interview, Bret Hart asked who MJF was, claiming he didn’t know of him despite doing a segment with him where he introduced the AEW World Title.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman previously responded that “Of course Bret Hart knows who I am.”
Speaking to Ariel Helwani, MJF gave a further response.
“I have no beef. This dude got rocked by Bill Goldberg, to the point where he had to retire. He’s saying crazy shit all the time, and 99% of the time it doesn’t make sense. I just think homie is punch drunk. God bless him, he should be,” he said.
In the same November 2025 interview, Bret did accuse Shawn Michaels of sleeping with Vince McMahon.
MJF will challenge Darby Allin for the AEW World Title at Double or Nothing on Sunday.
