MJF: I Won't Even Make Eye Contact With A Contract That's Under Seven Figures

MJF comments on the bidding war of 2024.

For the longest time, MJF has consistently reminded the world of wrestling that his current contract with AEW is set to expire on January 1, 2024. MJF has often teased that he would make the jump to WWE if he was presented with a better contract offer, but has also stated that he would easily stay in AEW if the company's offer was better.

MJF and Cole appeared on a recent episode of Hot Ones: Truth Or Dab, where the contestant has to eat a hot wing if they do not want to answer a specific question.

When asked to talk about his current contract situation, MJF took the opportunity and reminded fans of the January 1, 2024 date. MJF also stated that he would not even make eye contact with a contract that's under seven figures.

“January 1, 2024." MJF said when asked when his current contract with AEW will expire. "They better back up the goddamn Brinks truck, okay pal? Realistically, I know there’s a lot of money that’s going to be thrown my way from both sides. I’m not accepting anything under seven figures, I won’t even make eye contact with a contract that’s under seven figures.”

In a recent separate interview, MJF said that Adam Cole is legit his best friend. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
