MJF comments on the possibility of becoming a full-blown part-timer when it comes to his professional wrestling career.

In addition to currently being the AEW World Champion, Maxwell Jacob Friedman has also found success in the world of acting, having starred in Happy Gilmore 2 and The Iron Claw. For Max, the opportunity to transition into a part-timer can’t come quick enough.

While speaking to Kairouz Bros in a new interview, MJF was asked if he views possibly becoming a part-timer as a bad thing.

“It’s not a bad thing at all. It’s less bumps I’ve got to take and less CTE I’m walking towards. A guy like Eddie Kingston, he’s already got full-blown CTE. Let’s be honest, the guy doesn’t even know where he is anymore. That’s why he refuses to wrestle me. He’s scared of me, and as he should be, because I think if he took one punch from me, he’s out.”

MJF is set to defend his AEW World Championship against Brody King at AEW Grand Slam: Australia later today. You can read more about that here.
