MJF: By The Time I'm 35, I'll Be Done With Wrestling And You'll Be Seeing Me On Billboards

MJF has already had a career to remember.

Though he hasn't won the AEW World Title, MJF has been part of memorable matches and feuds during his time in the company. When he's doing with wrestling, which could be in the next decade according to him, he's looking to move on to bigger and better things.

Jinder Mahal Comments On His WWE Release, Says That He Still Has Many Goals And Dream Matches

MJF plans on going to Hollywood, and he spoke about those aspirations with Freddie Prinze Jr. on the Wrestling With Freddie Podcast. In addition, MJF talked about two of his favorites, Roddy Piper and John Cena, and how he wants to be seen as one of the greatest of all time.

"I feel like if I die today, I've already had one of the greatest runs in the history of the business. I've had some of the most memorable feuds and monumental moments in such a short period of time, and I'm only 25. It's hard for people to wrap their brains around that. Roddy Piper is one of my all-time favorites outside of John Cena; I love John Cena to death. The thing you have to understand is that's the price of greatness; you're not always going to get along with people, that's why me and John got along so well the one time I met up with him when I did extra work. Roddy Piper, one of the greatest of all time, never won a World Title, and that's my goal. I want to be looked upon as the greatest of all time, but I was also able to win that coveted World Heavyweight Championship, and I plan on doing that very soon."

MJF has said multiple times that there is no secret that he will be a free agent in 2024, he will listen to offers from WWE and AEW, and he spoke about a potential bidding war.

"There is talk of a bidding war, and these FOX execs, they are thirsty for daddy. They want a piece of me. I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm not interested. I like money. If there's one thing I love more than gold, it's green. So I'm going to go wherever I'm offered the most. By the time I turn 35, I'm probably going to be well and done with wrestling, I'll have achieved everything I possibly can in the pro wrestling genre, and by that time, I imagine you'll be seeing me on billboards for movies and TV shows."

MJF will battle CM Punk in a Dog Collar Match at AEW Revolution. Fightful will have live coverage of AEW Revolution beginning at 7 p.m. ET with the Buy-In show on Sunday. The card for AEW Revolution can be viewed by clicking here.
