MJF To Defend AEW World Title Against Alec Price At Limitless Wrestling Event

MJF is bringing his title to the indie scene.
Back in December, Limitless Wrestling revealed that MJF would be making his return to the promotion at the Limitless Rumble event on Friday, January 16. Just days after this announcement, MJF won the AEW World Championship at the Worlds End pay-per-view.
To kick off the new year, MJF took to social media and revealed that he will be defending his title against Alec Price at the event.

This will be MJF’s first match for the promotion since September 2019, one month before the start of AEW Dynamite. Friedman lost that match and the Limitless World Championship to Anthony Greene at that show.
Before he returns to Limitless Wrestling, the 29-year-old will first have to defend the AEW World Championship against Bandido at AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage. Fans can learn more about that match by clicking here.
