MLW 2021 Open Draft Round 1 Results: Davey Richards Signs With MLW, Will Debut On 7/10

Davey Richards kicks off the list of signings as the new Major League Wrestling season takes shape.

MLW held the first round of its Open Draft on Thursday, May 20, 2021, and revealed key information heading into this next chapter for the promotion.

Firstly, the former Dario Cueto will now be known as Cesar Duran. As first reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.

Additionally, Ross and Marshall Von Erich will be returning to the promotion. As well as Gino Medina. Mil Muertes is also returning but will be known as King Muertes instead.

This week's first signee reveal turned out to be Davey Richards. Richard's first announced that he was returning to professional wrestling on social media and told Alicia Atout that he is looking to be a world champion in MLW. Richards will debut at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 10.
