MLW Adds $60,000 Bounty Match To Next Tapings

Major League Wrestling sent Fightful.com the following, announcing a big match for their July 12th tapings:

The Orlando Sentinel revealed today that Low Ki has accepted the open bounty on World Heavyweight Champion Shane Strickland. $60,000 Bounty Match: Low Ki vs. Shane Strickland is officially signed for MLW’s July 12th card in Orlando at Gilt Nightclub.

The July 12th card is a Major League Wrestling FUSION TV taping for beIN SPORTS with tickets starting at just $15.  Tickets are available at http://www.mlwtickets.com now.

MLW.com has learned that Salina de la Renta has increased the bounty on World Heavyweight Shane Strickland’s head to $60,000.

While details are still sketchy, it looks as though there is some sort of collusion between Low Ki’s Black Friday Management and Salina de la Renta’s Promociones Dorado. Rumor has it that it was actually de la Renta, who brokered Low Ki’s suspension being lifted recently.

If true, why was Low Ki offering Black Friday Management’s help on last week’s episode of MLW: FUSION? Did Strickland’s dismissal of Low Ki and BFM have anything to do with reports that Low Ki is now looking to collect on the ever-growing bounty?

If so, will the “Professional” get the job done and take out Swerve? Is de la Renta so blinded by the gold (and vindictiveness) that she’s willing to do anything to cripple Strickland and end the Era of Swerve?

Low Ki is seemingly at the epicenter of many important happenings and questions in Major League Wrestling.

Stay tuned to MLW.com and MLW: FUSION on beIN Sports (Friday nights at 8 p.m. ET) for answers as these developing situations continue to unfold.

You can purchase tickets now at MLWTickets.com.  Ticket prices range from $15-$45 with a limited number of “VIP Packages” also available.

The event will be a Major League Wrestling: FUSION television taping for beIN SPORTS.
