MLW is headed to Orlando.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that Major League Wrestling will hold 'Blood & Thunder' from Gilt Nightclub on Nov. 9. The event will be part of MLW Fusion television tapings. Gilt was the home of MLW for the first nine months following its relaunch in 2017.
“We’ve been trying to make this happen for more than a year,” MLW CEO Court Bauer told the Sentinel. “So much of our DNA is anchored in Orlando. The fanbase is incredible, and the longer we were away, the more I thought, ‘We’ve gotta get back.' So I have a lot of good feelings about returning. I’m excited for Orlando to see some new faces. Jacob Fatu had just barely joined us before we left Orlando, but he has just blown up this year. The Von Erichs get huge reactions everywhere they go. It’s fascinating to see how wrestling has changed and how we’ve had to find new ways to stand out.”
Bauer continued, saying about Gilt, “It’s this great mashup of retro and modern. With that staircase, it always reminded me of the old Sportatorium in Dallas, where the Von Erichs ruled. To see a new generation of Von Erichs coming down that kind of walkway is going to be really cool.”
Tickets for the event go on-sale Monday, Sept. 16.

Tickets go on sale this Monday at MLWTickets.comORLANDO — Major League Wrestling today announced it will return to Orlando, Florida on Saturday November 9th at GILT Nightclub for an international MLW Fusion TV taping.
The event entitled MLW: Blood & Thunder, will have a special matinee bell time of 4:00pm with doors opening at 3:00pm to the general public.
Tickets go on sale this Monday at 10 a.m. EST at MLWTickets.com.
Ticket prices range from $20-$50 with a limited number of Platinum Packages also available.
"Orlando built MLW into what it has become and we're coming home with a stacked card," said MLW Founder and CEO Court Bauer. "Blood & Thunder may be the name of the event but we probably should just call it MLW fan appreciation day because we're going to give back to the Orlando fans in a big way."
This event is an all ages event. There is no dress code for this event but bring your signs as cameras will be rolling for MLW FUSION on beIN SPORTS.
