Moose Wants To Face Kazuchika Okada, ‘I Was A Kid Last Time, Now I’m An Adult’

Moose reflects on the first time he wrestled Kazuchika Okada.

Moose and Kazuchika Okada will be on opposite ends of a Six-Man Tag Team Match on the January 25 episode of TNA iMPACT! However, both of these former World Champions have squared off in singles competition in the past. Okada defeated Moose back at Ring of Honor's 14th Anniversary Show.

Speaking with Denise Salcedo, Moose reflected on that loss saying that at the time, he was a "kid" but now, he has much more experience inside the squared circle.

"The first one that comes to mind, he’s not a full-time guy in our company, but we had a preview at the tapings in Vegas. It’s Okada. He’s a guy I would like to have another one-on-one match with. It’s been six years since I had a one-on-one match with him. I was a kid. Actually, it’s longer than six years, it was nine years ago. I was one year into wrestling when I had a singles match with Okada. I was a kid in wrestling. I would like to have another one-on-one match now that I’m an adult in wrestling and I would like to see how that plays out," said Moose.

Moose will team up with Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers against Okada & The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin). Fans can check out the full card for the January 25 episode of TNA iMPACT! here.
