More U.S. Shows Announced For NJPW, Including September Return To Long Beach

New Japan Pro Wrestling isn't waiting around to announce their upcoming dates in the United States.

Pro Wrestling Unlimited is in San Francisco on behalf of Fightful to take in the New Japan Pro Wrestling G1 Special, and reported that the company actually already announced their next United States date. NJPW will return to Long Beach, California on September 30 with an event titled "Fighting Spirit Unleashed."

A source has told Fightful that AXS TV will be the landing spot for the show. Even after the Wrestle Kingdom deal NJPW and AXS had in January, the latter wasn't a lock to broadcast the Long Beach show from earlier in the year, and a deal had to be reached.

In addition to Fighting Spirit Unleashed show, there will also be a series of events on November 10th and 11th featuring Young Lion talent, titled "The Lions Break," which will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

Fightful.com will have full coverage of Saturday Night's New Japan Pro Wrestling G1 Special from San Francisco, California, with reporters on-site, and a live post-show podcast to kick off after. We'll also be covering the announced NJPW shows as they occur.
