Everything came together for RETRIBUTION on WWE Raw.
The group of signed vigilantes were set to interrupt the bout between Mustafa Ali and MVP when The Hurt Business and Ali seemingly joined forces to fend them off. Only, Ali wasn't actually with RETRIBUTION. Ali rolled to the outside and instructed T-Bar, Mace, Slapjack, and other members of the group to attack MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Bobby Lashley.
After laying out the Hurt Business, RETRIBUTION surrounded Ali in the ring to further cement the partnership between the two sides.

The announcers said that Ali has been behind RETRIBUTION the entire time and that he is the leader behind the group who caused chaos for months.
