One of WWE's tag teams is set for a split.
On the October 11, 2021, episode of WWE Raw, Mansoor and Mustafa Ali lost to Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander. After the match, a frustrated Ali shoved Mansoor to the ground and walked away by himself.
Later in the night, Mansoor was being interviewed and said that he would talk to Ali and figure out what was wrong. Ali then entered the frame and told Mansoor that he didn't get it. He proceeded to call Mansoor a loser, worthless, and nothing. Ali believes that he is Mansoor's only lifeline and that he would get eaten alive if he was alone.
After he walked away, Mansoor still seemed willing to work through their issues, but Ali ran back and attacked his partner, throwing him around the backstage area.

After Raw went off the air, WWE announced that Ali and Mansoor will face off in the ring at Crown Jewel on October 21, 2021.

Ali and Mansoor have been teaming together since July 2021.
