MVP Recalls Losing A Chunk Of His Skin During Trios Match At AEW WrestleDream

MVP details a brief injury that he suffered at AEW WrestleDream.
The October pay-per-view featured a Tornado Trios match between The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, & Shelton Benjamin) and The Demand (Ricochet & GOA). During the match, MVP lost a chunk of skin off his wrist while trying to clear up some tables debris.
“That was from the trios match at the pay-per-view.” MVP said on the latest episode of his Marking Out podcast. “They put Bobby on top of the table and they put Shelton through the table, then you had the table debris. I knew Shelton was coming to do the big dive over the top, so I was trying to move some of the debris and in the process, I ended up getting hit and tripped and it filleted a chunk of skin from my wrist. It was just a little flap of skin hanging off my wrist.”
MVP still ended up competing a few days later, teaming with Lashley and Benjamin to face The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, & Katsuyori Shibata) on AEW Dynamite.
