Nasser confirms that he is gone from NXT.
Late last month it was reported by Casey Michael of Squared Circle Sirens that Shadia Bseiso and Nasser Alruwayeh were released from their NXT contracts. Nasser took to Instagram today and confirmed that he is no longer with WWE and added that he asked for his release so he could pursue his goals in CrossFit.
The initial report of his departure from WWE entailed that he was let go from the company which led to his fiancée and fellow NXT talent Shadia Bseiso asking to be released as well. Nasser was the first Kuwaiti man to sign with WWE and Shadia became the first Arab woman from the Middle East to sign with WWE. They got engaged this past January and there is a video up on the Fightful Pro Wrestling YouTube channel about their releases.
