Prior to suffering a career ending neck injury, TJ Wilson would wrestle in WWE as Tyson Kidd, capturing tag title gold on several occasions. Now retired, TJ serves as a producer for WWE programming, working heavily with the WWE Women’s roster.
While speaking to The Sportster’s Adam Barnard in a new interview, Nattie was asked about her ultimate dream match from any era, with the ‘Low-key Legend’ naming her husband, TJ.
“This is going to sound crazy, but you know, I think one of the most underrated wrestlers ever is Tyson Kidd. I think he like he is so smooth and I know he’s not like he wasn’t like a big top star. But when I see his work and I go back and watch his work, I would say anybody. Chad Gable actually said it the other day. We were backstage and he was like, ‘man, TJ would have been a dream match for me. Tyson Kidd is one of the, if I could ever have like a- if I was allowed to pick anybody and we could do a big television match, he is like a wealth of ideas. He is smooth as butter, and what he could do in the ring was just, he’s magical. I would say Tyson Kidd.”
Elsewhere in another recent interview, Nattie spoke about Avery Styles. You can read more about that here.
