Speaking to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Kanter revealed that he's had offers from WWE, but has turned them down due to his current job.

"Definitely becoming a WWE wrestler, for sure," Kanter said when asked about his post-retirement plans. "I've already had offers from WWE, but I gotta finish my basketball career first. But after my career, I'm definitely becoming [a wrestler.]"

Kanter, like so many others, is currently living the quarantine life as the NBA has suspended its season due to the coronavirus pandemic. It is unknown when the season will resume. Kanter was averaged 8.2 points and 7.7 rebounds in 17.2 minutes with the Celtics before the season came to a halt.

In previous interviews, Kanter has spoken highly of Paul Heyman, saying Heyman wants to manage him when Brock Lesnar eventually retires. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
