At NJPW Power Struggle, House of Torture (EVIL, Yujiro Takahashi & SHO) defeated CHAOS (Hirooki Goto, Tomohiro Ishii & YOSHI-HASHI) to become the new NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Champions.
The finish saw CHAOS have the victory in hand, but the referee was outside the ring thanks to Dick Togo. SHO used a wrench on YOSHI-HASHI leading to EVIL hitting Everything is Evil to score the victory.

This marks the first reign for House of Torture as NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Champions. The trio came together at NJPW Wrestle Grand Slam following SHO turning on YOH. The reign of CHAOS lasted 454 days with the trio making nine successful title defenses.
