The betting odds had it right on at least one of the title changes at WWE Clash of Champions.
Roman Reigns became WWE United States Champion at Clash of Champions Sunday night from Indianapolis. Reigns was able to pin his foe and former champion Rusev with a spear to capture the title.
This is Reigns' first United States Championship reign in his four-year WWE career. Reigns is also a former three-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and also held the WWE Tag Team Championship alongside Shield partner Seth Rollins.
Rusev's reign had lasted over four months, as he defeated Kalisto to win the title at this year's WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view. Rusev's wife Lana was tossed from the match for interfering.
