Dangerous Tekkers are back on top.
Zack Sabre Jr & Taichi regained the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles at the June 1 NJPW Road to Dominion by defeating Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) in the main event. The finish saw Taichi hit Tama with a jump enziguri followed by a Zack Driver, which had extra force thanks to a Taichi superkick.
DOUKI and Gedo also got involved in the match. Miho Abe, who had been away from NJPW during the pandemic, also returned and was present by the side of Taichi.

The marks the second reign as IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions for Dangerous Tekkers. Guerrillas of Destiny held the titles since Wrestle Kingdom 15, when they defeated ZSJ & Taichi for the belts. They managed two successful title defenses during the run.
