The United Empire grew stronger at NJPW Sakura Genesis.
Aaron Henare (formerly Toa Henare) was revealed as the newest member of United Empire during Sunday's Sakura Genesis. United Empire teased a mystery partner for their six-man contest against the Los Ingobernables de Japon trio of Shingo Takagi, Tetsuya Naito, & SANADA and delivered with "The Ultimate Weapon" Henare.
The United Empire now consists of Henare, Jeff Cobb, The Great-O-Khan, and leader Will Ospreay.
Henare got off to a strong start with United Empire, pinning SANADA in the six-man tag team bout with a death valley driver. Henare had been teaming with IMPACT Tag Team Champions David Finlay & Juice Robinson during recent tours.
