The Raid begins again.
To kick off the June 7 episode of Monday Night Raw, there was a Tag Team Battle Royal to determine the new number one contenders for AJ Styles and Omos’ title belts. Despite the presence of former WWE Champions, the Viking Raiders were able to secure a championship opportunity when the personal issues between The New Day and the budding team of Randy Orton and Riddle.
After their victory, the Viking Raiders stated that they were going to go celebrate with turkey legs when AJ Styles and Omos appeared, with the massive bodyguard eating a turkey leg. AJ Styles would say that he doesn't believe that they are real Vikings and that they would not recapture the Raw Tag Team Championships.
