A new North American Champion has been crowned.
Kicking off tonight's Halloween Havoc special, Johnny Gargano defeated Damian Priest to win the North American title. The stipulations of the match were decided by "Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal," which landed on "Devil's Playground" match, meaning it was a no-DQ Falls Count Anywhere match.
Both Gargano and Priest battled throughout the Capitol Wrestling Center, but when the two were on the stage where the aforementioned wheel was placed at, Priest was attacked by a mystery assailant dressed up as Ghostface from the Scream franchise. The mystery assailant gave Gargano a tombstone to attack Priest with, which ultimately resulted in Gargano winning the match.

This is Gargano's second title reign with the North American title and is the first man in history to have two different North American title reigns.
