In what could be a sign of more dominos falling, Sasha Banks lost her WWE Women's Championship at Summerslam, and has been removed from WWE live events.
Former WWE Women's Champion Charlotte emerged victorious Sunday night at Summerslam, defeating Sasha Banks to regain the championship. The finish came after several miscues, and scary spots during the match. At one point Banks was dropped from the top rope on her neck and head.
Sasha Banks was removed from the card listings for several upcoming Raw live events over the next 33 days. The next event Banks is scheduled for is Moline, Il on September 23. This is two days before a Raw-branded PPV.
There have been rumors that several WWE Wellness Violations have yet to be announced, but Fightful.com has been unable to verify specific names. We were told that Banks was banged up going into the match and needed a few weeks off.
