Nick Hogan has been arrested.
Court records indicate that Nick Hogan (Nick Bollea), the son of Hulk Hogan, was arrested on November 18 for DUI and refusal to submit to sobriety testing.
The arrest occurred in Clearwater, FL just before 4 AM. He was assessed a bond of $500 and booked on a misdemeanor.
In 2007, Nick, who was 17 at the time, was involved in a car crash in Clearwater that caused a brain injury to John Graziano. Nick pleaded no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. In the lead-up to his plea, cops had alleged alcohol was involved. He served an eight-month sentence. The Graziano family sued the Hogans over the incident, resulting in an out-of-court settlement.
Hulk Hogan has not commented on the arrest.
