NOW Arena In Hoffman Estates, Illinois To Host NJPW G1 Climax Show In July 2026

The G1 is coming back to America.

As there was a break in the action at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20, there were a multitude of announcements for the promotion’s 2026 schedule.

It was revealed that New Japan is bringing the G1 Climax back to the USA. On July 11th, a G1 Climax show is taking place at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

The last time there was a G1 show in the USA was in 2019 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It was headlined by Kazuchika Okada versus Hiroshi Tanahashi in a G1 Climax tournament match.

The 2026 G1 will wrap up on August 15th and 16th.
