As NXT Great American Bash was ongoing, the brand’s next Premium Live Event was officially announced. NXT Heatwave is confirmed for August 24th.

It is scheduled to take place at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts.

It was first reported by WrestleVotes that Heatwave would be taking place on August 24th.  he outlet noted that the show would be taking place in South Carolina. August 24th is the same day as AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door at the O2 Arena in London, England.

AEW and NXT programming are going head-to-head on 7/12 as Great American Bash and AEW All In are airing at the same time.
