NXT's Lexis King Responds To His Fans Calling Themselves 'Registered Lex Offenders'

Lexis King says the "Registered Lex Offenders" nickname for his fans is too much.

Since his arrival in WWE NXT, Lexis King, formerly known as Brian Pillman Jr., has been building his fan base. He has referred to his fans as intellexuals, but some of them have adopted the name "Registered Lex Offenders".

Speaking on his latest Twitch stream, King brought up the nickname and stated that, while he appreciates the fans' creativity, they can't say "Registered Lex Offenders" on television.

“Yeah, the ‘Registered Lex Offenders’ is a little…as much as I think it’s funny, I think that one has to die. Because we can’t say that on TV. It’s just a little too, you know, I appreciate the creativity, you guys. [Off-screen woman asks what he’s talking about] They call themselves the ‘Lex Offenders,’ yeah. Isn’t that funny?" King said.

King failed to register a win in his first match at a WWE premium live event, as he lost to Carmelo Hayes at NXT Deadline. After the match, King revealed that he did not attack Trick Williams.
