The Bash is back!
During tonight's NXT In Your House, the promotion announced that The Great American Bash will return as a television special on Tuesday, July 5.
The Great American Bash originated from an idea by Dusty Rhodes with the first event being held in 1985 under the NWA banner. NXT revived the event in 2020 with a two-week extravaganza and it has been held yearly ever since. Last year's installment was headlined by Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly, both of whom now perform for AEW.
