Wrestlenomics reports that the August 22 episode of NXT drew 720,000 viewers. This number is up from the August 15 episode, which drew 680,000 viewers. The show has been over 700,000 viewers in five of the last six weeks with August 15 being the exception.
The demo rating came in at a 0.19 rating in the 18 to 49 demo, which is the same as the 0.19 rating that the show recorded last Tuesday.
Tuesday's NXT was a special episode entitled NXT Heatwave. The show was headlined by Carmelo Hayes defending the NXT Title against Wes Lee. Rhea Ripley & Dominik Mysterio teamed up on the show to take on Dragon Lee & Lyra Valkyria.
