Two matches have been announced for the July 20 episode of NXT.
First, the NXT Women's Championship will be on the line when Raquel Gonzalez goes up against Xia Li. The match came about when Xia confronted Raquel following Dakota Kai's victory over Ember Moon. Li entered the ring and told the champ that she was standing in the way of her destiny.
Raquel last defended her title at NXT TakeOver: In Your House where she defeated Ember Moon. Xia Li is coming off a pair of victories over Mercedes Martinez.
Also announced for next week's show is a tag team match between Bobby Fish & KUSHIDA and Diamond Mine's Roderick Strong & Tyler Rust.
Fish faced Rust on the July 13 episode of NXT but was bested by Rust after being distracted by his former Undisputed Era teammate. As Diamond Mine began to beat down Fish, KUSHIDA came out and made the save, chasing off the group as he swung his Cruiserweight Championship around.
