NXT’s Dorian Van Dux Not Cleared Due To Punctured Lung

Dorian Van Dux is out of action.

Advertised for the 9/22 WWE NXT on The CW was a six-man tag team match featuring Zilla Fatu, Sean Legacy, and Dorian Van Dux taking on BirthRight (Uriah Connors, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo & Lexis King).

While Legacy and Fatu were chatting backstage, Legacy revealed that his partner, Van Dux, is not medically cleared to compete due to a punctured lung.

Van Dux jumped into frame and stated that he still wants to compete in the match. Legacy was adamant that he should not do that because of the doctor’s orders. He added that he needs Van Dux to be 100 percent healthy for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

In the first round of the tournament, Van Dux and Legacy will take on Tokyo Bad Boys (Kento & Takuma).
