NXT’s Je’Von Evans Wins Three-Way At 11/22 AAA Event, Earns Shot At Laredo Kid’s AAA World Cruiserweight Title

Evans versus Laredo Kid is official.

The opening match at AAA’s November 22nd show was a three-way that saw Octagón Jr. versus Axiom versus Je’Von Evans.

On commentary for the bout was AAA World Cruiserweight Champion Laredo Kid.

Emerging victorious from the bout was Evans. He hit Axiom with a springboard cutter, and that secured him the win. Post-match, Laredo Kid got in the ring and shook hands with Evans. They then faced off, and Laredo held up the championship.

A date for their title match has not been set, but AAA has a show on November 28th.

Laredo Kid has been World Cruiserweight Champion since December 2024.
