It was announced tonight on MLW FUSION that former WWE United States Champion, Kalisto is slated to compete in MLW a Cyclone match for the Caribbean Championship. He will compete against three other men, El Hijo de LA Park, El Dragon, and King Muertes. For this match, Kalisto will be known as Octagon Jr.
Kalisto was released by WWE in 2021. During his time there, he was a former NXT Tag Team Champion and the WWE United States Champion. Elsewhere in Major League wrestling, Kalisto’s former Lucha Underground partner, Lince Dorado will also be competing at the upcoming Kings of Colosseum event. Learn more here.
