Omos Def. Rey Mysterio At Triplemanía 34, Reinstated To AAA

Omos is officially back on the brand.

The headlining match of Lucha Libre AAA Triplemanía 34 night one in Las Vegas, Nevada, was a singles match between Omos and AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio.

The stipulation was that if Omos lost, he would be banned from AAA forever, but if he won, his suspension would be lifted, and he’d be reinstated. That would also mean Omos would get to accompany Dominik Mysterio to the ring for his Mega Title defense against El Grande Americano on night two of Triplemanía in Mexico City.

Rey’s wife was in the front row, and the giant taunted her as he beat down her husband.

Dominik got involved in the bout, but El Grande Americano offset him. During their exchange, Dominik jammed a chair into the throat of Americano.

Omos would go on to defeat Rey to be reinstated. He attacked Rey post-match, and the AAA General Manager was put on a stretcher.

The giant jetted back to ringside, lifted Mysterio up as he was still on the stretcher board, and then slammed him through an announce table.
