Two more teams have advanced in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, one from the men's side and one in the women's tournament.
On Friday's 205 Live, Tommaso Ciampa & Timothy Thatcher picked up a victory over Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari to advance in the tournament. Ciampa & Thatcher were the replacement team for Desmond Troy & Ashante "Thee" Adonis, who were not medically cleared following Wednesday's NXT.
They will face Undisputed ERA (Adam Cole & Roderick Strong) in the second round of the tournament.

In the women's tournament, The Way (Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell) defeated Gigi Dolin (previously Priscilla Kelly) & Cora Jade (previously Elayna Black) in the first round.
They will face the winners of Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon vs. Marina Shafir & Zoey Stark (previously Lacey Ryan)
