WWE has revealed on their website that Raw will kickoff tonight with Samoa Joe signing his Raw brand contract. They announced this via a video which you can watch above.
It appears that they will also be using this segment to update Seth Rollins' condition and address the injury he sustained at the hands of Samoa Joe last week on Raw.
PWInsider has been reporting that Seth Rollins is not in Portland, Oregon, for Raw tonight and instead flew back to Birmingham, Alabama this morning, the site of the famous Dr. Andrews clinic. No word on whether or not that trip was so that Seth could undergo surgery.
There was some speculation that after the injury to Rollins, WWE might move Samoa Joe to SmackDown to feud with John Cena, as was rumored a few months ago, but this appears to not be the case.
