Orange Cassidy says that beating people with his hands in his pockets is ‘probably the ultimate disrespect’ for arrogant heels.
One of Cassidy’s signature moves is to wrestle with his hands in his pockets, leading to him doing unique variations of the basic fundamentals in pro wrestling, including running attacks, dives, kip ups and much more with his hands stuffed safely in said pockets. Now, Cassidy has spoken about how it is ‘the ultimate disrespect.’
While speaking to WFMJ in a new interview, Orange Cassidy spoke about beating AEW names with his hands in his pockets, noting that he finds it to be ‘the ultimate disrespect.’
“Yeah, you know, sometimes people… You know those arrogant people? They talk and they talk and they talk and they’re like… So I teach him a lesson. I’m like, okay, I put my hands in my pockets and then I beat him which is probably the ultimate disrespect, I feel like. If someone beats you, like getting your hands tied behind your back, same idea right?”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Cassidy spoke about his favorite opponents in AEW. You can read more about that here.
