Ortiz & Eddie Kingston Planning To Open Wrestling School
Ortiz and Eddie Kingston are looking to further give back to the business.
The duo of Eddie Kingston and Ortiz is back in the mix of All Elite Wrestling as a tag team. Ortiz spoke about his return to AEW programming while guest appearing on AEW Unrestricted.
He shared on the podcast that he and Kingston are planning to open their own wrestling school.
“Me and Eddie (Kingston) are in the process of opening up our own school. Coaching and teaching is very, very — an immense passion of mine. Because I’ve had so many great mentors in wrestling and I just wanna pass on that knowledge. I don’t want it to be wasted, and I wanna help cultivate a change in wrestling culture and I’m just thirsty to learn more and then I’m learning through teaching, so, that’s cool.”
Ortiz and Kingston have been at odds with Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson). The two teams clashed on the Maximum Carnage edition of AEW Collision, where Kingston and Ortiz came out on top.
