Otis has clearly always had a type.
Even though these days, he is comfortably happy with his “peach” Mandy Rose, Otis is now sharing a story about being tackled by WWE Live event security for trying to high five WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus while she was on her way to the ring.
“It hurt, every bit of it hurt. I was a 200-pound fifth grader – I looked like a man almost,” Otis tells Digital Spy. “So yeah I made a sacrifice, got speared, but after that spear from the guard we got first row tickets. So it all happened for a reason.”
Otis would go on to admit that he hasn't shared the story with the Hall of Famer, adding that it is hard for him to talk to her as she’s somebody he grew up watching.
He continued, "I've never told Trish that story in person," he continued. "It's hard for me to talk to her as a lady I've watched for years in the Sports Entertainment world. It would be a good way for me to express... you know, without really talking to her in person."
These days, Otis has Mandy and he's hoping to have the Money in the Bank briefcase after Sunday, May 10. Fightful will have live coverage of WWE Money in the Bank beginning at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday.
