A dream match is coming to OTT Wrestling in February.
OTT announced that WALTER will face PAC (formerly known as Neville in WWE) at their Feb. 17 'Homecoming' event.
The bout will mark the first time the two competitors have squared off against each other. They teamed together in 2006 at a Rings Of Europe event. WALTER is one of the top Independent stars in Europe and the current OTT World Champion. It was reported in November that WALTER would be signing with WWE to be part of their NXT expansion plans, but there is no word on when he will start with the company.
As previously reported, NXT UK talent are restricted from working for non-WWE partner promotions. OTT is a WWE partner promotion, however, NXT UK talent are also restricted from working against talent signed to major companies such as ROH, IMPACT Wrestling, and NJPW.
PAC is currently working as a freelancer, but makes his home with Dragon Gate. He is the current Open The Dream Gate Champion. Prior to joining Dragon Gate, PAC spent a year on the sidelines after a falling out with WWE and the company freezing his contract.
OTT Homecoming 2 takes place on Feb. 17 from Dublin's National Basketball Arena.
